IUPAP is pleased to invite you to participate in its 26th General Assembly, which will be held in Tsukuba, Japan from Oct. 14th to Oct. 18th, 2008.
First Announcement of the General Assembly of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP)
The General Assembly of IUPAP will be held in Tsukuba (Science City), Japan from October 14 to October 18, 2008. The physics community of Japan is very pleased to host the IUPAP General Assembly and to invite all official delegates. This meeting will be co-sponsored by the Science Council of Japan, the Physical Society of Japan, and the Japan Society of Applied Physics, and financial support is provided by several science organizations in Japan. The National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) located in the center of the city is providing the meeting site.
